Hadley Williams, PhD, MBA, is a managing director of Human Productivity, LLC and consults to senior teams on: strategy management, scenario planning and organization design. His consulting experience has been both within and to Fortune 500 companies in the United States and their international subsidiaries. Dr. Williams? public service record is noteworthy both as a researcher for the National Institute of Mental Health and as a director of a nationally acclaimed community-based treatment program for adolescents at risk. Hadley is certified in the Norton-Kaplan Balanced Scorecard Strategy Management System and is an alumnus of the Oxford Scenarios Programme.

Paul deRuijter, MSc, learned the scenario trade at Shell Group Planning in London, the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences in Amsterdam and Global Business Network. He is the author of Scenario Based Strategy: Navigate the Future, which is based on his quarter century of practical experience in the field. In recent years he has worked as a scenario and strategy consultant to organizations such as Rabobank, the Association of Netherlands? Shipbuilders, the International Energy Agency and the World Council for Sustainable Development. Paul teaches Scenario Based Strategy at Nyenrode University
