Who we are

Hadley Williams Ph.D., MBA

Hadley is a managing director of Human Productivity, LLC and consults to senior teams on: strategy management, scenario-based strategic planning, and organization design. His consulting experience has been both within and to Fortune 500 companies in the United States and their international subsidiaries. His public service record is noteworthy both as a researcher for the National Institute of Mental Health and as a director of a nationally acclaimed community-based treatment program for adolescents at risk.

Dr. Williams was a senior manager with Cap Gemini in their Enterprise Effectiveness practice where he worked with manufacturing, and chemical industry clients to create the employee engagement and alignment needed to realize the potential of ERP implementations. As Director of Training and Organization Development for Amoco Production Company, he consulted to the executive teamhelping them design and implement employee engagement and business process improvement projects that resulted in sustained cost reductions of hundreds of millions of dollars.

During his tenure at Amoco, Hadley joined the worldwide exploration business group as Director, Commercial Development. In this role, he led multi-disciplinary teams of geoscientists, engineers, and accountants in negotiations with government officials from diverse cultural backgrounds to capture business opportunities.

He was a product manager for the International Human Resource Development Corporation which specializes in technical training software for the oil and gas industry. This is a highly competitive marketplace in which he led an effort that doubled sales revenues in eighteen months.

Hadley serves on the Board of Directors of The Pathway School and was the School's Acting President in 2008.

Education

Hadley earned his Ph.D. in Education from North Texas University, his MBA from the University of Houston and his B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from American International College. He has lived and worked in Canada and has significant business experience in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America.

Dr. Williams is a certified graduate of the Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Strategy Management System and is an alumnus of the Oxford Scenarios Programme.
