Dr. Williams was a senior manager with Cap Gemini in their Enterprise Effectiveness practice where he worked with manufacturing, and chemical industry clients to create the employee engagement and alignment needed to realize the potential of ERP implementations. As Director of Training and Organization Development for Amoco Production Company, he consulted to the executive team, helping them design and implement employee engagement and business process improvement projects that resulted in sustained cost reductions of hundreds of millions of dollars. During his tenure at Amoco, Hadley joined the worldwide exploration business group as Director, Commercial Development. In this role, he led multi-disciplinary teams of geoscientists, engineers, and accountants in negotiations with government officials from diverse cultural backgrounds to capture business opportunities. He was a product manager for the International Human Resource Development Corporation which specializes in technical training software for the oil and gas industry. This is a highly competitive marketplace in which he led an effort that doubled sales revenues in eighteen months. Hadley serves on the Board of Directors of The Pathway School and was the School's Acting President in 2008. EducationHadley earned his Ph.D. in Education from North Texas University, his MBA from the University of Houston and his B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from American International College. He has lived and worked in Canada and has significant business experience in Europe, the Middle East, Africa Dr. Williams is a certified graduate of the Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Strategy Management System and is an alumnus of the Oxford Scenarios Programme. |
