Who we are

Victoria Williams Ph.D.

Victoria consults with domestic and international companies as well as US government agencies to facilitate successful strategy implementation. She has consulted on the design of strategically aligned performance and development processes and talent management systems, as well as providing personal coaching. Her clients cite her ability to understand their culture and business challenges, identify actionable recommendations, and collaborate to create practical solutions.

Her areas of expertise include diagnostics at the organization and individual levels, Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM), team building, competency modeling, and executive and management coaching

Dr. Williams is currently Managing Director and co-founder of Human Productivity, LLC a consulting firm that focuses on strategy implementation, organization design, and strategic human resource management. She served as VP of Product Design over e-HRM processes at SMG and manager of consulting resources for leadership development and e-simulations. Prior to that she was a senior consultant for Conceptual Systems, Inc, the nationally recognized leader in organizational career development. During her tenure there she co-developed the Strategic Derivation competency modeling process using it to help many Fortune 100 companies identify competencies to take them into their futures.

Dr. Williams? public service includes researcher for the National Institutes of Mental Health study of teacher effectiveness, educational director for a nationally acclaimed community-based treatment program for adolescents at risk, and starting a public alternative school-within-a-school which nurtures both the academic and social-emotional well-being of elementary students. She currently serves as the president of a chapter of the League of Women Voters and has been a puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence.

Education

Dr. Williams received a Ph.D. in Competency-based Educational Psychology from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Group Process from SUNY at Buffalo. She has lived and worked in Canada and has significant business experience in Western Europe and Australia.
